A position encoder that provides the position of the drive system as an absolute real value immediately after it is powered on.If it is a single-turn encoder, the signal acquisition range is one turn;If it is a multi-turn encoder, the signal acquisition range is many turns (for example, 4096 turns is typical).When the absolute value encoder is used as a position encoder, there is no need for a change run after switching on, and therefore no reference switch (for example, BERO) is required.
